Garretson "The Celeidh"
Made in Paso Robles, California in a French style, this rose from Garretson wines is anything but typical. Composed of mostly Syrah grapes, its decidedly darker color is the first indication that this is a pink wine richer than most. Notes of strawberry, pomegranate, smoke, sandalwood, rhubarb and cherry dominate the nose and palate. The finish is rich and satisfying with a hint of acidity. Celeidh is a Gaelic term that means the celebration or the party, and is given to this wine in celebration of the birth of the Garretsons first son, Jack Francis Garretson. They hide his initials on each vintage label
