Marwood Sparkling Wines
The brightest name in quality sparkling wines from northern Italy's Trentino region, Marwood represents a pioneering new style of sparkling wines made with contemporary craftsmanship and flair. New to LW from Italy are two delicious sparkling wines from Marwood--Brut and Ruby Spumante. Mostly Chardonnay, the Marwood Brut is well structured, elegant with firm acids and hints of melon. The Ruby Spumante is a luscious, festive red with aromas of freshly made blackberry jam that develop on the palate into a full-bodied, fruit-filled wine with an underlying hint of sweetness, rounding out into a firm, stylish finish.
