Sea Monster Eclectic White Wine
Central Coast, California

Christian Tietje has been a pioneer in the minimal oak movement for white wines. He is an award winning winemaker who has developed some of the most interesting packaging and wines found in the market today. Adam LaZarre from Cycles Gladiator is the other winemaker.

Sea Monster Eclectic White Wine is a blend of 45% Viognier, 15% Riesling, 13% Grenache Blanc, 12% Gewürztraminer and 9% Rousanne aged 100% in stainless steel. The nose on this blend is rich in exotic smells: lemongrass, honeydew melon, white flowers, and tropical citrus notes. The mouth is reminiscent of some of the more intense white Rhone bless you find from New World regions. Voluptuous flavors of tangerine and peach followed by marzipan and candied apricot slices.

Quilt Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Napa Valley, California

A new wine from Jo Wagner… “For Napa Valley Quilt, I source from a patchwork of prime Napa Valley vineyards to create a classic Cabernet Sauvignon made in the style my family has always loved.”
– Joe Wagner

Tasting notes: Deep, dark brick red to blood plum. A seamless blend of creme de cassis, hazelnut, cocoa, blackberry preserves, charry meat, and blackberry pie along with suggestions of dark licorice, stewed rhubarb, strawberry, spice, and vanillin. Rich and satisfying with chocolate brownie, yogurt, molasses, brown sugar and rhubarb notes presented in perfect balance with higher-toned fruit emphasis.

Critical Acclaim: WW90 Wilfred Wong of Wine.com - "Nicely textured and smooth on the palate, the 2014 Quilt Cabernet is a solidly-built Napa Valley effort. The wine's ripe berry and toasty oak nuances make it an easy Cab to enjoy with grilled beef kebabs. (Tasted: April 3, 2017, San Francisco, CA)"

Suggested pairings include spice-rubbed leg of lamb with a traditional macaroni and cheese, or braised pork roast with a sauce of plum and caramelized onions served with mashed potatoes.

Knights Bridge Chardonnay

A full, rich wine, Knights Bridge Chardonnay delivers aromas of citrus blossoms, vanilla bean, and baking spice, with a hint of toasted oak. The palate highlights the citrus and vanilla, followed by notes of crème brûlée, spiced pear, and dark caramel.

This sumptuous wine will pair well with a Meyer lemon beurre blanc or chicken paillard.

Knights Bridge Pont De Chevalier Sauvignon Blanc

Knights Bridge Estate Pont de Chevalier Sauvignon Blanc exhibits aromas of fragrant flowers, lime and kiwi, with a lovely note of fresh talc running from front to back. Delicate flavors dance across the palate with long, persistent notes of citrus, lemon zest, and hints of macadamia nut all balanced with a silkiness and bright acidity.

Versatile with almost any seafood, this wine would particularly shine with fresh-shucked oysters or a salty chip topped with crème fraîche and caviar. Only 122 cases produced

Sake is a naturally fermented alcoholic beverage classified in the same general category with wine and beer. These beverages are made through a fermentation process which, essentially is the conversion of glucose into alcohol through the work of yeast. However, due to the differences in ingredients, the corresponding fermentation processes required for producing each product vary in degree of complexity. Sake is made from the simple ingredients of rice and water.

THE NOBLE HOUSES STRUGGLE TO ASCEND TO THE IRON THRONE AND TO CLAIM SOVEREIGNTY OVER WESTEROS AND THE SEVEN KINGDOMS. WHICH HOUSE WILL FALTER? WHICH HOUSE WILL BEND THE KNEE?

When fans last gripped their glasses at the end of Game of Thrones' sixth season, the great houses of Westeros were on the brink of an epic conflict. Cersei had ascended to the Iron Throne as the first queen of Westeros, Jon Snow and Sansa Stark had just reclaimed the North, and Daenerys Targaryen had set sail for the Seven Kingdoms. To commemorate the coming mêlée in the Emmy® Award-winning show’s epic seventh season, Brewery Ommegang and HBO Global Licensing are excited to announce a new beer in their collaborative series: Bend the Knee Golden Ale.

Paying homage to the struggle for control of the Seven Kingdoms, Bend the Knee is available in a series of three collectible 750ml bottles, all finished in matte black and adorned with one of the three Great House sigils: Stark, Targaryen, or Lannister.

Tasting Notes: Bend the Knee pours a golden hue with a large, frothy head.
