Super Bowl Brats

Put 12-15 brats in a large pot. Add 2 cans of beer (any beer works, but Budweiser is especially good for this recipe). Fill rest of pot with water and boil brats for 30 minutes. Remove brats from water and grill until browned (they're already cooked).

Slice brats into bite-sized pieces and serve on tray with toothpicks. For a great dipping sauce, try mixing 1 part Dijon mustard with 1 part French's yellow mustard. And don't forget the beer!
