Easy finger food suggestions:
BBQ shrimp, California rolls, cheeses, nuts, dips, crackers, cucumber slices, carrot sticks,
and pitted olives. Note: stay out of the kitchen when your friends arrive.

Peach Gin Freeze Puree peaches in blender with gin and schnapps. |
Champagne Cooler Pour brandy and Cointreau in a 12 oz. highball glass half filled with ice. Fill with Champagne and garnish with a mint sprig. Serves 1. |

Puree mango, rum, sugar, lime juice and Or use Monin Mango Syrup and rum. |
Basic Sangria 1 bottle Rioja (Spanish red wine) or other red wine 1 shotglass of lime juice 2 shots Bacardi Fresh fruit as desired (strawberries, oranges, apples, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, mango, lemons, limes, etc.) This is about as easy as it gets for Sangria. Fix it with fruits you like! Mix all ingredients together and chill in the fridge overnight. The next day, toss in some ice cubes and serve. |
