Super Easy Bagel BrunchBagels
Sliced red onion
Sliced tomato
Capers, drained
Lettuce leaves
Lox or other thinly sliced smoked salmon
Cream cheese
Slice bagels and place in bread basket. Arrange other ingredients on a platter let guests assemble their own.
Serve chilled Champagne and orange juice for Mimosas.

A refreshing drink for a sunny summer day.Italian Lemonade
1 1/2 oz. Belvedere Cytrus Vodka (or other citrus vodka)
3/4 oz. Campari
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Chilled club soda or 7-up
Lemon slices for garnish.
Add vodka, Campari, lemon juice and simple syrup to an ice filled mixing glass. Shake until well blended. Fill a 14 oz. goblet with ice. Add lemon slices and strain drink into glass, adding a splash of club soda or 7-up on top.
Grenache Blanc is the fourth most abundant white grape in France, grown in the Rhone region. It's straw color, richness, crisp acids with bright green apple and orange aromas make it a perfect blending wine. Grenache Blanc grapes are drought-resistant and are easily grafted to vines. Grenache Blanc grapes are now being grown in California.
La Vielle Ferme is blended with 30% Grenache Blanc, 10% Roussanne, 30% Bourboulenc.

Alba Red Raspberry WineThis unique wine is produced entirely from whole red raspberries, fermented on the skins for twenty days to maximize the fresh berry character. The wine is finished sweet, with a slight tart edge to provide a rich berry experience without a cloying, syrupy finish. As a result, it is one of the few wines that can marry well with chocolate desserts. It is delicious mixed with Champagne, as in a "Kir Royale," or simply served in a small glass as one would serve port or sherry. Our winemaker made this wine for the first time in 1983, and it has since received numerous regional, national, and international awards, most recently scoring a gold medal in the World Wine Competition and a double-gold medal in the Tasters' Guild International Competition.
Alba Blueberry Wine
Alba Blueberry Wine is produced from only the highest quality fresh berries and fermented in a way that maximizes color and flavor concentration. No grape juice, flavoring, or distilled spirits are used. It is delicious as a dessert wine or it can be served as an aperitif or a fruit wine cordial.
Alba Apple Wine
Made exclusively from locally pressed apple cider, Alba Apple is a semi-sweet wine made in a still to highlight the fresh crisp qualities of the fruit. Smirnoff Black Cherry Vodka

The 2001 Merlot Napa Valley, 25th Anniversary
The '01 Merlot has been aged in fifty percent new French and American oak barrels for twenty months, and is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, cocoa and spice are enhanced by a toasty oak background. Its a very rich, velvety, full-bodied wine.

The 2000 Cab is a very supple wine with classic cabernet flavors and bouquet.
2003 Napa Valley ChardonnayThe finished wine shows citrus, ripe pear and green apple in the nose. Hints of lush white peach are noticed as the wine opens up. The sur-lie aging has added richness and complexity, and plenty of oak character returns on the finish.

Samual Adams Black Lager is from their Brewmaster's Collection, a full flavored dark beer with a smoother finish than a stout. It's got full malt flavors, is dark but not heavy.
Samual Adams Hefeweizen is not exactly new, but we haven't' had it in awhile. It's an American craft style brew. Their Hefeweizen is a crisp, fruity wheat ale with Bavarian Spalt hops for crispness without bitterness.
