Liquor World Cocktail Lounge

Select a few of the season’s juiciest peaches to create this cocktail that is light but sure to stimulate the senses. The sweet peach nectar fizzes with flare when Prosecco, Italian sparkling wine, is added.

4 Peaches
1/4-cup sugar
1/2 squeezed lemon
1 - 750-mL bottle Prosecco, we recommend Santa
Margherita or La Villa.

In a food processor or blender, puree chopped peaches, sugar & lemon juice. Pour 3 tablespoons of peach mixture into champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with fresh peach slice. Salute!
