Bourbon Cobbler
3/4 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
1 tsp. peach brandy
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. simple syrup
sparkling water
Combine all ingredients, except water, with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into chilled highball glass over ice cubes and top off with sparkling water. Stir and garnish with peach slice.
