Burning Strawberry
A friend from down in Brazil sent us this unique recipe.
Try it out, it's pretty crazy!
7 fresh strawberries
2 thin sheets of red pepper ("dedo de moça" pepper how it is called in Brazil)
2 spoonfuls of sugar
3 drops of vanilla
2 oz. of Sailor Jerry Spiced Navy Rum
Combine strawberries, sugar, vanilla and pepper in a tall glass, and mix the ingredients with the muddler. Mix until the pepper blends very well with the other ingredients. Add the rum and a lot of ice. Shake well.
