1 oz. brandy
1 oz. Cointreau
6 oz. chilled champagne
Crushed ice
Mint springs
Pour brandy and Cointreau in a 12 oz. highball glass half filled with ice. Fill with champagne and garnish with a mint sprig. Serves 2.
