Frozen Banana Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz. rum
1 1/2 oz. sweetened lemon or lime juice
1/2 small ripe banana
1/2 oz. crème de banana
1 tsp. superfine sugar
Blend for 30 seconds with 1 cup crushed ice. Serve in a chilled stem glass.
