Strawberry Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz. rum
2 oz. sweetened lemon or lime juice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Blend with one cup of cracked ice for 30 seconds. Pour into a large stem glass and garnish with a fresh, large strawberry.
