Frozen Mint Julep
6 mint leaves
1 1/2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. sugar syrup
Mint sprigs
Add crushed mint leaves to bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup in a bar glass.
Put all ingredients (except mint sprig) in a blender with finely crushed ice.
Mix at high speed until ice becomes mushy. Serve in a chilled double
Old Fashioned glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
