Mint Julep
1 Tbs. Water
3 sprigs of mint
1 tsp. superfine s
Mash water, mint, and sugar until the mint is easily smelled. Fill with shaved ice and add bourbon. Stir until pre-chilled Collins glass is frosted. Garnish with a slice of orange and float some mint sprigs on top.
