Pear. Poire
(Makes 6 drinks)
1 part lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
1 small, ripe pear ~ peeled, cored and cut into inch dice
6 parts Grey Goose La Poire Flavored Vodka
1 bottle sparkling moscato (or other sweet sparkling wine)
Crystallized ginger or mint sprigs for garnish
Place lemon juice, sugar, pear and vodka in bowl and stir well until sugar is dissolved. Divide pear mixture into 6 champagne glasses. Garnish with crystallized ginger or mint sprigs.
