Forest Fire White Merlot California
Totally New, Totally Fun! This White Merlot begins with a brilliant hue of reddish pink. The aroma is reminiscent of fresh-cut watermelon, but the taste is cold raspberries and cream. The wine finishes with a slightly sweet balance and is at its best when chilled. Try Forest Fire with a crispy Asian spring roll, grilled fish, barbeque, hot tamales, or sizzling Thai pizza.

Pierre Sparr Pinot Gris France

Hogue Fume Blanc Washington State
This Fume Blanc has well-developed aromas of fresh cut hay, peach, guava and vanilla with a hint of smokiness. Some subtle notes of dried fig and rosemary hide behind the bright fruit. On the palate the wine is crisp and tight with moderate weight and varietal flavors of citrus, fine herbs. Try this white with steamed clams or mussels, or with soft-shell crab.

Hogue Genesis Syrah Washington State
This Syrah shows great red fruit and cherry notes with plum and violet background aromas. Lemberger and Merlot have been blended to add complexity and structure to the finished wine. Lembergers black pepper and spice has a lot in common with Syrah as a blending wine and integrates well with the oak spice imparted by aging in French and American oak. The silkiness in the mouth makes this Syrah a great food wine. Try it with Mediterranean dishes such as grilled lamb, moussaka, goat cheese gnocchi or lasagna.

Rothbury Shiraz Australia
This Shiraz is a fruit driven dry red with varietal Shiraz characters throughout. Aromas and flavors of plum and spicy oak dominate this easy drinking red wine. The soft mouth feel and lingering finish make this Shiraz a perfect partner to beef, lamb or pasta.
Rothbury Chardonnay Australia
This Chardonnay displays classic peach fruit and citrus characters with subtle cedary oak integration. Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon Chile
The vision of Domaines Baron de Rothschild to expand their estates, took them to South America in 1988, becoming the first French viticultural investment in modern Chile. Los Vascos was chosen after a careful review of existing vineyards, their soil and climates. The property produces almost entirely Cabernet. It is kept in stainless steel vats to preserve the fruit of this great varietal. This wine is well balanced; it can be drunk young but can also age nicely.

Caliterra Chardonnay Chile
This Chardonnay is elegant and complex with a pale yellow color. Barrel fermentation contributes light accents of vanilla and toffee. Malolactic fermentation softens the aromas and creates a rich, round bouquet. On the palate, fruit flavor and toasty oak take on a deliciously creamy texture and lively acidity. The wine is meant to be enjoyed upon release, although it should develop an interesting bouquet after a few years in the bottle.

Delas Cote du Rhone St. Esprit France
A blend of 70%Syrah, 20% Grenache, 5% Mouvedre and 5% Carignan, this Cotes-du-Rhone is made with whole clusters that are vinified with traditional methods. The Cuvee Saint Esprit shows off the strength and pepperness of the Syrah grape. The color is deep garnet red and has intense red berry aromas. It is an exceptional full-bodied wine with fine tannins.
Louxor Viognier France
This wine has a pretty, crystal-clear golden color. The nose is distinguished, revealing aromas of dried fruit (apricots) and flowers mingling with subtle vanilla notes.
