(NEW) Woodbridge Ghost Oak Chardonnay
The grapes for this wine were harvested and gently pressed in the early morning hours when they were still cool from the night. Giving the fruit and ideal balance between sugar and acidity with vibrant citrus, tropical and floral character. Half of the juice was fermented in barrels and the other half in stainless steel, and then blended together prior to bottling. Voila! A perfectly balanced Chardonnay with layers upon layers of flavors.

(NEW) Woodbridge Red Dirt Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon
Red Dirt. That’s the secret behind this Cabernet from Woodbridge. Struggling through lean red dirt for nutrients and water encourages vines to develop grapes with complex, concentrated flavors of luscious blackberry fruit, dark chocolate and spice. A large percentage of new oak barrels added delicious nuances of vanilla and toasty oak from the aromas to the lingering finish.

A perfect aperitif or accompanied with slightly spicier Asian fair.

California

Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon
A rich, deep red color and velvety layers of plum, blackberry and casis are highlighted in this bottle of Cabernet. Elegant flavors and silky texture reflects grapes grown in the warmer regions of Monterey and San Louis Obispo counties. Enjoy this wine with a wide variety of foods, including barbecued chicken, lamb or steaks, and savory pasta dishes.

(NEW) Tin Roof Sauvignon Blanc
‘Tin Roof’ is produced and bottled in the Alexander Valley by Murphy-Goode Winery. The focus here is on the aromatics and the fresh lively fruit that is typically Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is perfect with delicate dishes, highly flavored and spicy foods or is lovely when served as aperitif. To insure that you open and enjoy the same great wine that was bottled, there is a screw cap enclosure. As Chubby Checker once sang, “Let’s do the twist” and enjoy Tin Roof Sauvignon Blanc

October 2 - 8
Italy

Danzante Merlot
Deep and spicy, this Merlot unfolds layers of plum, berry and blueberry. Nuances of sweet spices, especially cinnamon, highlight the inviting aromas and soft, fruity flavors. This wine was not oaked aged because the winemakers wanted to accentuate the pure berry fruit character.

Danzante Pinot Grigio
The Pinot Grigio grape is considered a cousin of the noble Pinot Noir, with berries often tinged cinnamon brown and even grayish purple. It originated in Burgundy during the middle Ages, where it is called Pinot Gris (gray), and has been planted in Italy since the last century. Enticing notes of flowers, fruit and spices weave through the fresh aromas of this Pinot Grigio. This wine enhances a vast spectrum of dishes, from shellfish to veal and pork.
