CLOS DU BOIS CHARDONNAY
CALIFORNIA
This is a very fruit driven wine with aromas of lime, pineapple, ginger,
and hints of vanilla that lead to bright and lively flavors of orange and
ripe peaches and nectarines. The finish is one of toasted almond,
caramel, vanilla, and oak. Try this wine with grilled poultry dishes,
lighter pork dishes, fresh seafood or pasta primavera with shaved
asiago cheese.
CLOS DU BOIS MERLOT
CALIFORNIA
What a great Merlot! This wine displays a soft, ripe berry fruit
character that is balanced nicely by the toasty vanilla oak flavors
imparted from the barrels. The fruit forward flavors of this Merlot
complement a wide variety of foods. If you are having meatloaf,
hearty lamb stew or lasagna with sweet Italian sausage then this is
the wine for you .

OCT 23RD -29TH
VILLA MARIA SAUVIGNON BLANC
NEW ZEALAND
Several premium vineyards were picked and the juices kept separate
during fermentation. This separation and slow cold fermentation
allowed each vineyard to show its full potential. Only then, were the
best parcels selected to make up this wine. Fresh and pungent this
aromatic Sauvignon Blanc fills the mouth with ripe, long gooseberry
and pineapple flavors. Fruit, cheese, good bread and seafood go
wonderfully with this fresh wine.
ROSEMOUNT ORANGE VINEYARD MERLOT
AUSTRALIA
Deep plum with vibrant crimson trim, this wine is expressive with a
depth of plum and black cherry fruit overlaid by lifted mulberry and
spice. The palate is generous with a core of ripe plum fruit given
definition by fine-grained, velvety tannins; the palate evolves to
highlight notes of cassis and spice before a long, structured finish.
Ideally suited to lamb, duck, game and cheese.

R.H. PHILLIPS TOASTED HEAD CHARDONNAY
CALIFORNIA
Named for the toasted-head barrels in which the wines are aged.
Bright tangerine and pear fruit aromas are highlighted by honey,
caramel, vanilla, and oak aromas imparted by the barrels. This
medium-bodied wine has a crisp acidity and long finish, with a pear
and toasty butterscotch oak flavors, and a creamy texture.
R.H. PHILLIPS TOASTED HEAD EXP SYRAH
CALIFORNIA
R.H. Phillips is a producer of fruit-focused, boldly flavored classic and
Mediterranean varietal wine, and this Syrah is no exception. Deeply
colored, with crushed raspberry and boysenberry flavors, and aromatic
notes of lavender and chocolate. The wine is broad in the mouth, with
full tannins and toasty vanilla oak finish. Perfect for casual meals.

delicious aperitif and a fine accompaniment to seafood, chicken and
creamy pastas.
KENDALL JACKSON MERLOT
CALIFORNIA
If Kendall Jackson Chardonnay is the best selling white wine in the
United States, then this Merlot is definitely one of the best selling reds.
In true Kendall - Jackson style, this Merlot is a medium-bodied wine with
aromas and flavors of cherry and plum complemented by toasty oak.
This approachable wine pairs well with roasted meats and vegetables,
grilled tuna strong cheeses.
NOV 13-19
MAD FISH CAB/MERLOT/CAB FRANC
AUSTRALIA
The traditional blend of three classic grape varieties is designed to
produce a wine with a complete palate profile. Each variety hitting
the palate at a different time creating a perfectly round palate. This
red wine is bright plum red in color with a dark heart and a youthful
purple rim. The nose and palate are intense with rich sweet fruit
flavors supported by fine tannin and cedary oak.
MAD FISH CHARDONNAY
AUSTRALIA
This is an un-wooded wine, with fermentation occurring in stainless
steel tanks. The array of flavors and the fine structure of the palate
are an indication of the quality of the vintage. A slightly lower
alcohol level in the wine brings a delicate softness to the palate.
Flavors of nectarine and melon balance the initial tropical fruit and
the wine finishes with elegant, fine citrus flavors .

NOV 20TH - 27TH THANKSGIVING WEEK
PELLEGRINI OLIVET LANE PINOT NOIR
CALIFORNIA
We chose this wine especially for Thanksgiving. This wine expresses
all the classic traits of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. These
attributes are an abundance of red fruits, with a rich and full-bodied
palate. The nose opens with currant, crushed raspberries, black cherry
and allspice. The mouth is full, rich with velvety tannins lingering on
the finish. This wine will be drinking perfectly now and age
gracefully for the next 3-5 years.
PELLEGRINI OLIVET LANE CHARDONNAY
CALIFORNIA
This Chardonnay shows a wonderful balance of toasty oak and fruit.
The first impression is almonds and brown sugar, followed by a
mixture of Meyer lemon, crème brulee with a soft butternut finish.
The structure of this wine will allow it to age beautifully for 2-5 years
and taste great upon release. A perfect accompaniment to
Thanksgiving dinner.
