September 9 – 15


(NEW) Leasingham Magnus Riesling
Australia

The Clare Valley is widely regarded as the home of Riesling in Australia. The wine is typically fine & zesty, with ripe lemons and fleshy citrus fruit characters. Possessing mouth watering mineral acidity, the finish is fresh and lively. Screw-capped for freshness!

(NEW) Leasingham Magnus Shiraz/Cabernet
Australia

Deep ruby red with brilliant clarity. Aromas of plum and black cherry with a hint of earthy tobacco leaf. The mulberry and plum fruit flavors show in balance with finely textured tannins. The finish is soft and lingering. A wine you would expect at twice the price.

September 16 – 22

(NEW) Castle Rock Napa Pinot Noir
California
Castle Rock Pinot Noir is produced in very small quantities from grapes grown in the Napa Valley, which is recognized as one of the finest Pinot Noir growing regions in California. This elegant medium-bodied wine offers complex layers of black cherry, sweet vanilla oak, with a long velvety finish. Drink now or allow to age through 2006.

(NEW) Castle Rock Chardonnay
California

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine was barrel fermented and aged for nine months, including six months of lees contact, using a combination of new French oak barrels, as well as two-to-three year old French and American oak barrels. This wine compliments most cuisines, and is an especially pleasing accompaniment to fish and poultry.

September 23 – 29


(NEW) Sagelands Cabernet Sauvignon
Washington State

An intense nose reveals aromas of Bing cherry, and a delicate touch of sweet vanilla and caramel. On the palate, this wine shows bright cherry flavors, round tannins and a touch of cocoa powder on the lingering finish. Although this wine can be enjoyed now, it will also improve with a few years of aging thanks to the great balance between fruit and acidity and tannins.

King Estate Pinot Gris
Oregon

This 1033 acre estate provides a spectacular mountain vineyard site, with elevations ranging from 800 – 1,100 feet and cool prevailing northwest winds that moderate vineyard temperatures. This beautiful, pale straw Pinot Gris displays aromas of lime, grapefruit, pineapple, and apple, accented with nutmeg spice and honey.

September 30 – October 6


(NEW) Raymond Estate Merlot
California

Nicely balanced and showing good varietal character, this young Merlot is medium bodied and rich, with moderate tannins. Blackberry, boysenberry, currant, and black cherry characters are predominant in both the nose and palate of this wine. The prevalent fruit flavors meld beautifully with the warm, sweet toasty oak, cedar and spice in the long finish. Will work nicely with grilled meats, baked pastas, and roasted pork or beef.


Raymond Estate Chardonnay
California

Ripe pears and apple aromas are prevalent in the nose of this lovely wine. The body shows crisp acidity, a smooth texture, and clean, soft finish. Hints of vanilla and toasty oak complement the ripe fruit aromas and flavors. Well balanced and flavorful. Perfect with casual conversation, grilled chicken and light pastas.

October 7 - 13


Liberty School Chardonnay
California

This Chardonnay was created with fruit that had good acidity and had ripened to full maturity and is bursting with Chardonnay's varietal flavors. There are nuances of Bartlett pear, pineapple, and citrus on the nose. The palate is brimming with ripe, rich tropical fruit with citrus undertones. The finish is long, balanced and never dying.

Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon
California

The aromatic complexity of this wine is very engaging; blackberry brambles and layers of dark cherry, chocolate and cassis, combine in a way typical of Cabernet Sauvignon in its most pure expression. On the palate, initial softness amplifies into a warm, supple firmness. While this wine is approachable, balanced and elegant today, it will drink beautifully for up to five years.

October 14 – 20

Francis Coppola Diamond Claret
California

The Coppola estate is situated in Rutherford, on of California’s best growing regions for Cabernet. This red blend has bright fruit aromas reminiscent of blueberries and orange blossoms with hints of cedar and pepper notes are readily evident in the nose. A perfect accompaniment with lighter meats such as chicken, pork and shellfish. Also pasta with lighter sauces and even Bar-B-Q.

Francis Coppola Diamond Chardonnay
California

Fresh ripe fruit aromas dominate the aromatic nose of this delicious Chardonnay. Pear, apple, and tropical flavors meld with toasted oak and vanilla in the soft, flavorful body of the wine. Well balanced and rich, it will perfectly complement a variety of dishes including roasted poultry, grilled seafood, sautéed veal, and light pasta dishes.
