Cavit Merlot
Italy

Supple, smooth and rounded with the soft tannins consistent with a premium Merlot this wine is a perfect companion to grilled meats and most full-flavored dishes.



Cavit Chardonnay
Italy

From the Cavit winery in Northern Italy we say "what a Chardonnay and what a price!" Accents of apple and pear are apparent in an enticing and harmonious bouquet. Crisp, fresh and firmly structured, of pronounced personality and concluding with a hint of almond on the finish. An excellent companion to hors d'oeurvres, fish and poultry.

Papio Chardonnay
California

Papio wines are all about the fruit, and as smooth as your favorite groove. This Chardonnay has bright fruit character balanced by crisp, lively acidity. Papio Cabernet Sauvignon
California

Grapes for this Cabernet were harvested from the Lodi, Sonoma, Napa, and San Luis Obispo counties at optimum levels of flavors sugar and acidity. All of the fruit from these counties blend together for distinctive berry, floral, lavender and spice character. Firm tannins give the wine excellent body. Enjoy with flavor intense foods like burgers, burritos and barbecue.

Santa Rita Cabernet Sauvignon
Chile

Finesse and power blend gracefully in this Cabernet from Chile. Aromas recall blackberries and a hint of mint with flavors of subtle herbs, pepper and ample cherry fruit round out this sensational value. Ruby red wine with good intensity and brilliance.To the nose it is a fruity wine, dominated by ripe red fruits, cloves and vanilla.On palate it is a medium bodied wine, tasty, with ripe, almost sweet, structural tannins, enhancing this everyday wine’s elegance.



Santa Rita Sauvignon Blanc
Chile

This Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow in color. An intense fruit aroma with citrus, peach characters and herbaceous undertones typical of the variety. On the palate this wine has a medium body, concentrated, with a pleasant acidity intensifying the wine’s freshness and pleasant lingering. Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany seafood like oysters.

Valentines Week

Castle Rock Napa Merlot
California

Castle Rock Merlot is produced in limited quantities utilizing grapes from California's prestigious Napa Valley. This elegant wine has a deep ruby color and velvety textures. The complex flavors of blackberries, cocoa, spice, with wood notes of sweet French oak along with hints of cedar unite to form a long, smooth harmonious finish. It is an especially pleasing accompaniment to pastas, grilled and roasted meats, as well as an assortment of cheese.


Castle Rock Napa Chardonnay
California

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine was barrel fermented and aged for nine months, including six months of lees contact, using a combination of new French oak barrels, as well as two-to-three year old French and American oak barrels. This wine compliments most cuisines, and is an especially pleasing accompaniment to fish and poultry.

Alice White Shiraz
Australia

Alice White wines were named for an intrepid adventurer who made her way through the rugged outback to build a new life in South Eastern Australia.

This Shiraz, from Alice White, has a deep, rich ruby red-color with notes of plum and berry on the nose. The wine is robust and full-bodied on the palate with nice fresh fruit. This delicious wine pairs well with grilled meats.

Alice White Chardonnay
Australia

This classic Australian Chardonnay is bursting with tropical fruit flavors and delicate green apple aromas. The wine has an elegant feel in the mouth and a crisp, clean finish. While this Chardonnay has sufficient acid for easy food pairing with fish, grilled vegetables or lighter meats, the luscious fruit palate also invites enjoyment of this wine on its own.

R. H. Phillips Chardonnay
California

R.H. Phillips is located in the Dunnigan Hills American Viticultural Area due east of Calistoga on the eastern side of the coast range mountains. Lively "apple pie a-la mode" notes mingle with citrus and pear aromas. Mouth feel is rich with a touch a vanilla and spice from the barrel fermentation. Crisp acidity and clean citrus finish make this a versatile food wine or a great sipper.


R. H. Phillips Cabernet Sauvignon
California

In the late 1970s, fresh out of college, the Giguiere brothers, and John's wife Lane, headed home to the family's Dunnigan Hills farm, where the brothers had grown up. They settled down to the idyll life of running the family's wheat and sheep ranch.The charm of being shepherds quickly wore off when the three discovered that sheep use almost zero percent of their brains. The sheep were fired. R.H. Phillips winery was born. This Cabernet has flavors of ripe cherries and spice on the finish.
