Belvedere Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine really has the underpinnings of great Bordeaux, but with enough bright, lively fruit to still say "California." The nose tells you berry-centered spice, but hints at elements of dark cocoa and mint chocolate chip. Complex, sleek and still a little earthy, this wine should accompany hearty fare like a prime rib or lamb.

California

The delicate blend for this wine is comprised of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Roussane and Chardonnay. No oak aging or malolactic fermentation contributed to the bright, fresh character. This wine is packed with flavors of melon, apricot, and herbs. It is refreshing when served chilled and pairs especially well with seafood and chicken.

Smoking Loon Chardonnay
California

This is a very generous Chardonnay with aromas of tealeaf, honeycomb, ripe melon and clove. The palate is defined with vanilla custard, lemon curd and red delicious apple, which finishes with tangerine, peach and passion fruit. Pairs nicely with melon and prociuitto and parmesan. Also a favorite with garlic prawns.

Smoking Loon Merlot
California

Dark ruby color and the aromas are reminiscent of raspberry jam with hints of lightly toasted oak and caramel. This wine is made in a fruit forward style exhibiting mouth filling bing-cherry, white chocolate, and just a touch of cranberry finishing soft with ripe plum and delicate vanilla oak flavors. Perfect with Barbequed chicken, Spaghetti Bolognese, or Chinese Orange Chicken.
