This new wine from Don Debastiani & sons is medium plum color with aromas of a briar patch – blackberry, strawberry, black raspberry and even blueberries. The palate is rich with huckleberry concentrate and sweet mocha and vanilla from our generous time in barrels. This wine pairs with blackened skirt steak, grilled lamb chop or Sea Bass crusted with hazelnuts.
