Sebeka Chardonnay (NEW)
Western Cape, South Africa

South Africa has more than a 350 year winemaking heritage. For most of the wine regions, the climate is cooler than the latitude might suggest due to the influence of cold ocean currents from Antarctica and the ocean breezes from the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Sebeka Chardonnay exhibits creamy and exotic flavors of peach, apple, and citrus fruit with subtle hints of vanilla.

Sebeka Shiraz/Pinotage (NEW)

Hahn Chardonnay (NEW)
California

Adam LaVarre, winemaker, writes: “The 2005 Hahn Estates Chardonnay is our most intense Chardonnay to date. From the day of bottling, I knew we had hit a special flavor profile. Really pretty aromatics of peaches, pineapples, and lemon zest. There are some subtle oak nuances, primarily in the form of a delicate caramel and butterscotch layer. Good cool climate acidity extends the finish.”

Hahn Pinot Noir (NEW)
California

“As our Santa Lucia Highlands vines develop more maturity, the resulting wines become more intense in aroma, flavor, and tannins. Distinctive black cherry and spice aromas with a hint of old world bacon fat in the background. Lush flavors of red fruits, blackberry, and pomegranate wrap around the tongue in traditional Pinot Noir style,” states Hahn winemaker, Adam Lavarre.

Toad Hollow Pinot Rose
California

At a time when most American Rose wines have either an overabundance of residual sugar or are “flabby” and lacking in acidity, we here at Toad Hollow continue to produce a true French-Style, bone dry, and elegant Rose wine produced from the noble Pinot Noir grape. This is a wine that is great with sushi and wasabi or spicy Thai food.

April 12 – 18
