Gascon Malbec
Argentina
Although Malbec largely remains a blending grape in France, the variety has become Argentina’s most important wine variety. Gascon Malbec is full bodied with a deep violet color, showcasing flavors and aromas of blackberry, blueberry, plum, dark cherry, and a hint of mocha. The wine is elegant and rich in texture, with soft and round tannins and a long velvety finish. This Argentinean Classic beautifully complements smoky and grilled entrees, steak, and full-flavored sauces.

Los Cardos Chardonnay
Argentina
This fruity and expressive wine reflects the great climatic and botanical characteristics of the Ugarteche and Tupungato terroirs, and particularly their ability to produce fresh white wines. On the palate the wine is large and consistent, with a great range of flavors, leaving a very pleasant finish. The very subtle note of toast and vanilla coming from brief contact with French oak adds to the complexity of the wine.

Rex Goliath Pinot Noir
California
“How do you capture in words the wonderful sensation of drinking a fine Pinot Noir? Lush and velvety. Immensely pleasurable. This typifies a fine Pinot Noir and is what I try to achieve when I have the pleasure of making them. , I feel that our HRM Rex-Goliath Pinot Noir is all that and a bit more. The aromas are characteristic of the cool Central coast vineyards that yielded the majority of the grapes for this wine. Soft and supple are a few of the descriptors I would use,” states the winemaker of this Pinot Noir.

Rex Goliath Pinot Grigio
California
This wine expresses lovely aromatics of pear and honeydew. Bright, juicy flavors of citrus and apples that lead to a sweet mineral core. The finish is soft and lingering; thanks to a balanced acidity that carries the fruit well into the back of the palate. I can think of a number of foods that would be great with this wine. Possibly linguini with homemade pesto or baked boneless-skinless chicken breasts that have first been rubbed in a lemon zest /Herbs de Provence mixture and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Fantastico!

Marques Phillips Holly’s Blend

This 100% Verdelho based wine was 30% barrel fermented in new French oak and the balance stainless tank fermented. The wine shows generous and concentrated fruit and this Holly's Blend is a great example with its minerally flavors along with pear, & other tropical notes.

Yet another awesome Shiraz/Cabernet from ‘down under’. This blended red from South Eastern Australia is a must try.
