Dusty chocolate and black cherry aromas layered with bright fruit notes and oak. Velvety and intense, leading to dark cherry and boysenberry notes. This is an elegantly structured wine with silkiness through the mid-palate and a persistent, juicy finish. Deep, coating tannins ensure that this wine will age beautifully in the cellar. A wonderful mineral note shines through the whole experience. Layered, complex, and lingering, a true wine drinking experience. Wonderful now, this wine will benefit from further bottle aging reaching its peak in 4 to 6 years but drinkable for 12 years.

40+ Years of Chardonnay Glory ~ Mike Grgich’s Chardonnay won best white wine at the Judgment of Paris in 1976. Over 40 years later, the family-owned Grgich Hills Estate continues to passionately craft award-winning wines that show their certified-organic vineyards’ true essence.

This is a classically-styled wine that is alive with delicious, food friendly acidity. Fermented and aged 10 months in French oak.

Pol Roger Champagne
France
$54.99

An elegant Champagne with a smoky, minerally underpinning and subtle flavors of poached pear, toast, candied lemon zest and ginger riding the finely detailed bead. Harmonious, and hard to stop sipping. Pairs well with smoked fish and zesty grilled chicken.

Laurent Perrier Brute Rosé
France
$94.99

Winemaker Notes: The Cuvée Rosé from Laurent-Perrier is the most recognized rosé champagne in the world. The house uses its proprietary maceration technique and the wine is crafted for a fragrance and not mixed for a color. Held in an elegant bottle inspired by King Henri IV, it has been widely acknowledged for its consistent high quality for more than 40 years, and it is the benchmark for rosé champagne around the world.

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is truly remarkable for its highly expressive bouquet, stemming from very careful preservation of fresh fruit aromas during the wine making. Made with 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different "crus" (or villages), from the North and South areas of the Montagne de Reims, as well as the famous village of Bouzy. Grapes from carefully selected plots are meticulously sorted and de-stemmed before going into the vats, and the controlled maceration helps with the color extraction and the development of the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir.
Intensely fruity flavors, clean and slightly sharp, the wine opens to the sensation of freshly picked red berries: strawberries, Morello cherries, black currants and raspberries. The finish is supple and rounded.

96 Points Connoisseurs' Guide
Elegant and fruity at the same time with a quick invitation from bright, pure cherryish notes and then filled out handsomely by whiffs of chalky soils and well-integrated, rich and uplifting yeast-driven scents, this wine manages to be both vigorous and layered at one and the same time. Its bubbles are insistent, finely carved and add to the early sensations of lightness and energy yet also carry the wine long into a balanced, refined finish. And its latter palate grip is exactly what one should expect from the genre. While service with light foods would be our first choice, this one has the beauty to stand alone.

95 Points Decanter
Ethereal floral and raspberry nose. A vinous palate with a mild mousse, the soft texture all wrapped in spice, nuts, smoke and a superior berry tincture. Very long and easy to enjoy.

94 Points Wine Enthusiast
This great rosé combines texture with bright fruit and a bit of age. It is poised between a ripe dosage and a crisp texture, with red fruits and toastiness marking the flavors. It is a fine bottling to enjoy now.

93 Points Wine Spectator
Fragrant wafts of smoke and spice accent the steeped raspberry and mandarin orange peel flavors of this tightly meshed rosé Champagne, which is backed by a vivid spine of mouthwatering acidity and is silky on the palate, with hints of dried herb, licorice and toasted almond playing on the finish. Drink now through 2025.

93 Points Tasting Panel

Deep pink; lush and generous with bright raspberry, tangy acidity and good length; elegant, fresh and long with balance and style.

92 Points Wine & Spirits
Intensely floral, this wine has a copper-pink color that’s reflected in the coppery and salty edge of its raspberry and mineral depths. It’s ripe, savory and clean, and hard to resist if there are duck rillettes nearby.

92 Points James Suckling
Very fruity with lots of strawberry and cherry character. Full and flavorful. Soft and fruity. Delicious and opulent aftertaste. Fruitier style. Drink now.

HG 3 Red Blend
Napa Valley, California
$39.99

Winemaker Notes: Rich, textural layers define HG III. The 2018 greets with lifted aromatics of wild cherry, blueberry, cassis, and subtle hints of dried flowers and savory herbs. These aromas carry forward on the palate, the medley of saturated, pure fruit flavors providing dimension to the broad-shouldered, sumptuous texture. Dense and concentrated, yet balanced by lively acidity, a refined structure and well-integrated tannins, HG III delivers an eminently drinkable wine at cork-pull.

93 Points Wilfred Wong of Wine.com

The 2018 Hourglass HG III Proprietary Blend Red Wine is a beautifully built, well-conceived red wine. Tasting notes: This wine exhibits lovely, rich blackberry and oaky aromas and flavors. Enjoy it with a well-marbled, grilled ribeye, and don't overcook the steak. (Tasted: November 24, 2020, San Francisco, CA)

Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc
Napa Valley, California
$19.99

Inspired by the idea that less is more, this wine is more minerality-driven than fruit-driven. Not grassy or overly ripe, it features delicate fruit flavors and steely, mineral notes that call to mind a first summer rain. Our grapes come largely from family vineyards, and we harvest the fruit at just the right moment to achieve a balance of firm acidity and low alcohol.

A luminous pale gold, this wine opens on the nose with the freshness of a first summer rain, layered with the scene of white peach and a hint of guava. The palate features a lively acidity balanced by delicate fruit flavors of peach and newly ripened honeydew. A tartness builds, softened by a smooth texture that lingers in the most. The mouth-watering finish is unusually bright and crisp.

Old Forester 1910

Two barrels. One fine bourbon.
On October 22nd. 1910, a fire on the bottling line halted production of Old Forester. Mature whisky ready to be bottled, instead was stored in a secondary barrel. What emerged was a delightful whisky, remarkable enough to become an entirely new expressions – Old Fine Whisky.

Today mimicking this historic bottling, this unique expression of Old Forester has undergone a second barreling, granting it exceptional character, a smooth and sweet flavor and a clean, crisp finish. Entering the second barrel at a low 100 proof allows more of the sweet wood sugars to dissolve into the whiskey. 1910 Old Fine Whiskey is the fourth and final expression of the Whiskey Row Series, presented at 93 proof.

Lagunitas Willettized Coffee Stout

A smoke-y, coffe-y, bourbon-y barrel-aged beast.

Notes from the brewery: From our friend, the Kentucky distiller J.D. Willett himself, a man of few words, 'We have one type of barrel: Wood. And we put two things in 'em: Rye and Bourbon." We scored some of J.D.'s scrutable casks and put one thing in 'em: beer. The taste tells. It's good to have friends! Let us know what you think.

Our friends over at Kentucky’s own Willett Distillery have one kind of barrel: wood. And they put two things in them: Bourbon and Rye. We were fortunate enough to get some of their Bourbon barrels, and we put our Imperial Stout in them. It’s a chocolatey, coffee-y, smoky, Bourbon-y beast of a barrel-aged thing. Word

Cigar City Jai Alai
India Pale Ale

Native to Tampa, Florida, Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously in a 7.5% ABV beer. While the number of frontons in their home state of Florida has dropped since the sport’s peak in the mid-1980’s, Cigar City Brewing pays homage to the sport and the dedicated players and patrons who keep this Florida tradition alive with its flagship ale.
