Seasonal River Rita
(Batch - Serves 8-10)

15 oz Desert Door Original Texas Sotol
15 oz White Cranberry Juice
5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2.5 oz Agave Nectar
Rosemary, Cranberries, and Salt (Optional)

Add juices, sotol, and agave to punch bowl or pitcher. Stir vigorously. Top with cranberries and rosemary. Optionally, salt the rims of serving glasses. Let guests self serve.

Grand Bateau was born in the 80s as the result of close collaboration between the Barrière House and Château BEYCHEVELLE. The boat adorning the label is reminiscent of the mythical drakkar of the prestigious Château BEYCHEVELLE, a sister company of Barrière.

Developed by their oenologist from the best lots selected from partner properties, Grand Bateau embodies the nobility of great Bordeaux wines. Philippe Blanc, Director of Château Beychevelle, giving his precious support for the final assembly of Grand Bateau.

Grand Bateau Red Bordeaux
Bordeaux, France

Striking garnet color, the careful wine making and balanced composition of wine from wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks have produced a supple Bordeaux red with classic blackcurrant notes complemented by hints of vanilla. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and vanilla. On the palate it is powerful, harmonious, with fruit notes that balance the nuances of the wood. Tannins are ripe and mild. 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Grand Bateau White Bordeaux
Bordeaux, France

A great value white Bordeaux with an impeccable pedigree, Grand Bateau Blanc comes from the producers of the iconic Chateau Beychevelle. Clean aromas of gooseberry and nettle leaf with tropical hints. Citrus-charged Sauvignon flavors lend a freshness to this elegant wine. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Le Petit Silex Sancerre
Loire Valley, France

Loire Valley Upper Loire Whites tend to be full-bodied and have high acidity The upper Loire Valley is known for two iconic wine growing sub-regions – Pouilly Fume, and Sancerre. Nearly all wine cultivated in these areas are from the Sauvignon Blanc variety. Crisp, appropriately acidic, and aromatic, these wines are an amazing experience on both the nose and palate. They also tend to be somewhat more expensive compared to Sauvignon Blancs from other regions - but not necessarily without good reason.

Tasting notes: Pale yellow color. Intense aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, mixed with a touch of minerality. In the mouth the wine is crisp and full of freshness, typical of the region.

Monsieur Touton Sancerre
Loire Valley, France

Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, its slow fermentation helps develop the aroma of this deliciously dry and fruit-driven wine. The quality of the terroir and the expertise of the winemaker adds to its delicacy.

This delicious Sancerre has a nose of green apple and fresh greenary, with a lifted hint of white blossoms. It's very herbal on the palate, with a green apple and lime peel complexity. This is a perfect match for lobster!

4 NEW from Queen of the Sierra

The Queen of the Sierra wines are a celebration of the steep limestone and schist slopes of Rorick Heritage Vineyard in the Sierra Foothills. Made from 100% Estate grown fruit, they are organically farmed, hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented by native yeasts, unfiltered and unfined, with nothing added but minimal effective sulfur.  These are honest and pure California estate wines made with soul that are approachable in price as well as in the glass.

Queen of the Sierra Amber

The 2019 Queen of the Sierra Amber Estate blend was organically grown on the Rorick Heritage Vineyard in Calaveras County at 2000’ elevation, featuring soils comprised of a layer of schist over dolomite-rich limestone. Composed primarily of Verdelho, Albariño, Muscat, and Chardonnay, this beautifully nuanced and irreverently elegant wine shows all of the aromatic complexity and textural presence that are the hallmarks of wines grown on the limestone of our estate. All fruit for the estate amber blend is hand-picked.

Flavor Profile: Medium-bodied, dry. At just under 12% ABV, Amber is the color of cantaloupe with a peachy nose. The palate shows Rainier cherry, pear, and apricot before a textured dry finish of grippy tannin and bright acids. Pair with grilled fish, fried food, potato dishes, and Asian fare. 

Queen of the Sierra Red

Queen of the Sierra red estate blend was grown on the Rorick Heritage Vineyard in Calaveras County at 2000’ elevation, featuring soils comprised of a layer of schist over dolomite-rich limestone. Composed primarily of Zinfandel, Barbera, Tempranillo, Trousseau Noir, and Mondeuse, the Queen shows all of the aromatic complexity and textural presence that are the hallmarks of wines grown on the limestone of the estate. It presents with compelling dynamic tension between its bright and forward fruit and the supple tannins and lively acidity that make up this wine’s backbone. 

Vivino rates this wine among the top 4% of all wines in the world (2019 vintage)

Queen of the Sierra Rosé

The 2019 Queen of the Sierra Rosé was organically grown on the Rorick estate vineyard in Calaveras County at 2000’ elevation, featuring soils comprised of a layer of schist over dolomite-rich limestone. Composed primarily of Zinfandel, Grenache Noir, and Tempranillo, the wine shows all of the aromatic complexity and textural presence that are the hallmarks of wines grown on the limestone of our estate. It presents a wonderful dynamic tension between an entry that displays a hint of roundness and the bright, electric acidity that makes up this wine’s backbone.

Flavor Profile: Medium-bodied, dry. A cloudy red-rose color with noticeable sediment at the bottom, Forlorn is a pure expression of red and pink fruit at 11% ABV with nothing added except the necessary sulfur at bottling. The nose, palate, and finish is taut, vivacious, and satisfying with hints of cranberry, melon, rose hips, passion fruit, and limestone. Pair with Latin and Asian foods, brunch, Thanksgiving, or on its own.

Queen of the Sierra White

Queen of the Sierra white estate blend was grown on the Rorick Heritage Vineyard in Calaveras County at 2000’ elevation, featuring soils comprised of a layer of schist over dolomite-rich limestone. Composed primarily of Chardonnay, Verdelho, and Muscat, the wine shows all of the aromatic complexity and textural presence that are the hallmarks of wines grown on the limestone of our estate. All fruit for our estate white blend was hand-picked.

Flavor Profile: This is a fuller bodied, mouth coating white, but showing zippy acidity that leaves you wanting to take another sip!  Rich flavors of ripe white peaches, Clementine orange and hints of Papaya with mineral underpinning all.

The Big Red Monster Cabernet Sauvignon
Paso Robles, California

Every good story needs a hero, a villain... and a monster. This savage beast hails from Paso Robles (California’s real wine county). Clocking in at 15% ABV, rugged Paso possesses the largest diurnal temperature difference of all California wine-growing regions. Days can reach over 100 degrees and nights can be in the low 30s. Extreme heat forges fruit with dark, bold, monstrously brooding flavors and freezing nights retain a juicy, racing acidity.

Blend: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petite Verdot, 10% Petite Sirah

Una Lou Rosé

A wine to celebrate. When Lia Ices and her husband, Andrew Mariani, welcomed their daughter, Una Lou, into the world they created a celebratory rosé in her name. Una Lou.


Family-owned and sustainably farmed vineyards in northern California.

A percentage of proceeds will go to two organizations that support youth, food and agricultural education: the Edible Schoolyard, and The Center for Land-Based Learning.

2 NEW from Desert Door Distillery in Texas

Made by hand in Driftwood from wild-harvested West Texas sotol plants, Desert Door Original Texas Sotol is a premium spirit that tastes unquestionably of the land.

What is sotol you may ask? It looks like a yucca plant but is more like an evergreen than agave cactus.

Desert Door Oak Aged Sotol

Desert Door Texas Sotol Oak-Aged is produced using sotol plants harvested in the Chihuahuan Desert of West Texas. This sotol is aged in new American charred white oak barrels for 24 weeks. It has notes of caramel vanilla, mint, a subtle hint of smoke with a sweet earthy finish.

The spiced cinnamon and vanilla flavor is reminiscent of a smooth bourbon while retaining the unique flavors only Texas sotol can deliver.

Tasting Notes:
More spiced than vegetal, the bouquet opens with a bang of vanilla and a touch of cedar and cinnamon. Next comes an infusion of dusty cherry, beeswax, allspice, and pine nuts. It finishes with a rich balance of oak, eucalyptus, a touch of caramel, and ineffable mystery.

Desert Door Oak-Aged Texas Sotol is aged to taste for up to one year in New American white oak barrels with a medium char. Elemental, beautiful, and natural, it transports imbibers to a uniquely Texas place and time. In fact, this Desert Door sotol has converted lifelong bourbon drinkers, tequila lovers, mescal fanatics, and many a wine snob after just one glass. We like it best neat, but it works wildly well for mixing too.

Desert Door Sotol Original

The sweet citrusy and herbal flavor is reminiscent of a desert gin crossed with a smooth sipping tequila.

Tasting Notes: Herbaceous and vegetal with a smooth and sweet finish. It leads with grass and earth on the nose with a touch of natural vanilla. Toffee, mint, and spice combine with citrus in a distinct way on the palate. It finishes with minerality and a welcome eucalyptus quality that will make you wonder why you haven’t met before and have you dreaming of your next encounter.

Desert Door Original is as versatile as a vodka, but far more intriguing and complex. When it comes to craft cocktails, it can one-up the usual suspects from bourbon to gin to tequila. We find it most compelling in a Ranch Water, Desert Paloma, or River Rita. It’s organic and gluten-free too.

Two NEW from Doc Swinson's from the Pacific Northwest

The Doc Swinson’s Collection began with an extremely small cache of Bourbon Barrels that were just too good to pass up. It has since grown into a unique and on occasion extremely rare, collection of American whiskies. The proof is in the palate. Each whiskey brought in is personally tasted by the three of us at Doc Swinson’s. If it’s good we will find a place for it in either the Flagship, Exploratory or Rare Release series.

Notes from the Distillery: When it comes to the Alter Ego Bourbon, we changed our finishing process to include two different types of Sherry Butts (PX & Oloroso), Cognac Puncheons and a long resting period in ex-Cognac Foeders to finish the marrying process.

This system took a while to build for several reasons, one of which was our desire to work with specific Sherry Butts from one of the oldest regions of fortified wine.

It took us some extensive searching before we found these Butts from Montilla-Moriles Spain where their Sherry Solera Pyramids date back to the 1920’s!

Notes from the Distillery:
We handmade our own Solera Pyramids of Rum casks to age Doc’s Alter Ego Rye blend, we used a blend of 3 Ryes aged 3, 4 & 6yrs w/ two mashbills, of 95% and 51% Rye. We used our old bourbon barrels (13yr Seagram Bourbon, 12yr TN Bourbon, and MANY more) to age our Rum blend (Trinidadian, Crucians, Venezuelan, Jamaican, etc.), some of the Rum was aged in those Bourbon barrels for upwards of 7yrs.

Now we have a traditional (Rum cask) Solera system where we pull only a fraction of the oldest barrels (then refill with portions of the younger barrels) to create our Rye aged in Rum casks!

Penelope Bourbon Barrel Strength

Introducing Batch 06 Barrel Strength

Barrel Strength pushes the boundaries of their signature four grain balanced flavor profile. Batch 6 is blended from three bourbon mash bills aged 3.5 – 4.5 years in new American oak barrels and completely uncut and non chill-filtered. Each barrel was hand selected and blended into a single batch in order to create this unique offering.


2 NEW from Stellum Spirits

Stellum Spirits is devoted to bringing American whiskey into the modern age with simple, elegant blends and single barrels selected with care and intention.

Stellum Bourbon

Stellum Bourbon finds its flavor in the tension of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye, with the third being almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee are folded in slowly, through a multi-step blending process. This brings added layers of depth and complexity, ultimately allowing us to round out a uniquely Stellum flavor profile.

Appearance: Amber gold.
Nose: Intense clove and allspice immediately jump out of the glass, supported by creamy macadamia nuts and light tobacco. As the whiskey opens up, sweet aromas of honeysuckle, green apple, and nectarine begin to show, rounded off by toasted rye and oak.
The tip of your tongue is met with a hint of vanilla, marshmallow, and cotton candy. The whiskey quickly transforms as it spreads across your tongue, revealing spicy notes of black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon baked apples. The spice is supported by tart underripe blackberry and apricot that contrasts perfectly against the initial sweetness.
Finish: The spiciness of the palate carries over into the finish with candied ginger and more black pepper before slowly fading into a syrupy sweet honey.
With the Addition of Water: The strong pepper notes are more subdued, allowing for sweet cinnamon streusel and stewed apples to come to the forefront of the palate.

Stellum Rye

The identity of Stellum Rye is rooted in a tried and true 95% Rye Indiana mash bill. To enhance this classic style, we incorporate small amounts more barley-forward rye and choice barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee. This brings a full, round mouthfeel and flashes of buttery sweetness to an otherwise spicy and tightly focused Rye Whiskey.

Appearance: Deep copper.
Nose: Stewed apples, peaches, and pears dominate the initial nose, along with an undertone of baking spices. Nutmeg and clove provide a counterbalance to the sweet fruits, while a light mint and licorice note bring further depth to the aroma.
Palate: Aniseed, cardamom, and coriander wake up your palate with an intense spice punch. Notes of lemon peel and tangerine coming from the rye grain provide a nice citrus component to the overall spiciness. As the whiskey breathes in the glass, fresh green apples and spearmint arise, which offers just enough of a sweet component to engage all your taste buds.
Finish: Star anise, white pepper, and mint linger on the palate before fading into a honey-sweetened jasmine green tea.
With the Addition of Water: The citrus notes on the palate become more pronounced with candied lemon and orange peels, all supported by a mint simple syrup like you would find in a derby julep.

Proof Traditional Old Fashion Cocktail Syrup

Proof Traditional Old Fashioned Cocktail Syrup was created at The Pinewood in Decatur, Ga by bartenders who wanted their guests to enjoy a high quality cocktail experience anywhere. Their old fashioned syrups use their own aromatic bitters & oleo saccharum to easily create the perfect textbook old fashioned. Simply mix .5 oz. of Proof Syrup with 2 oz. of your favorite bourbon or rye whiskey, pour over ice, and enjoy.

In 2010, the idea of brewing a gluten-free beer in Quebec was first discussed by two long-time friends and entrepreneurs. One of the co-founders, who had been living with gluten intolerance for several years, remained dissatisfied with the gluten-free beer on the market. He and his partner then saw a unique opportunity to meet a growing need and to realize what both of them had long dreamed of: running their own business. This is how the two acolytes launched their business with the aim of pushing the limits of gluten-free brewing.

O’Hara’s Irish Beer
