PINEAPPLE MULE
1 1/4 cups American Anthem Vodka
1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
3 oz lime juice
3 oz simple syrup
Top up ginger beer
Add vodka, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup into a pitcher except the ginger beer.
Add ice and mix well.
Pour into glasses.
Add the ginger beer and garnish.

Le Fervent Syrah
France
The term “fervent” is defined as “having intensity of spirit, feeling and enthusiasm,” an apt description of winemaker Michel Gassier’s passion for Syrah. Le Fervent is produced in Costières de Nîmes, the southern-most appellation of the Rhône Valley nestled on the shore of the Mediterranean, and is sourced from some of the coolest vineyard sites of the Southern Rhône, thanks to the strong maritime influence. This wine exhibits the freshness, elegance and mineraility that are often characteristic of Syrahs from the Northern Rhône, the birthplace of this most noble varietal.
Blend: 91% Syrah, 6% Grenache, 2% Mourvèdre, 3% Viognier (co-fermented with Syrah)
Winemaker's Notes: Almost black with reddish hues. The nose is both complex and intense, of black plum, china ink, blood orange and hints of pencil lead. A very fresh and vibrant wine with flavors of blueberry, boysenberry liquor and garrigue, underlined by hints of toast and cocoa. It is framed by refined tannins and good acidity.

It is EXTREMELY RARE when a winemaker discovers a combination of vineyard sources and barrel lots that create a unique red wine experience. PURPLE BLEND is the new additions to the RARE RED portfolio of award winning blended wines, are the big bold flavors you have been searching for.
This deeply colored, dark red wine is full bodied with supple black
currant and black pepper flavors, followed by gentle oak spice and
lingering finish. Enjoy with seasoned meats, rich pasta and dark chocolate.
Vineyard Sources: Syrah, Petite Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from Lodi and the Sierra Foothills. Each varietals lot was aged separately for 18-24 months in French oak prior to creating the final cuveé.

Apaltagua Granate de mi Sec

“Granate” has a beautiful and intense pink color with elegant bubbles. The aromas are intensely fruity with pronounced notes of pomegranate as well as scents of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. In the mouth it is balanced, with a sweet and fresh finish. It is juicy and vibrant, with medium-bodied characteristics and a pleasant bubbling sensation which stress the fresh fruit notes.
Variety: 60 % Chardonnay / 40% Pomegranate Juice (100% natural) Alcohol 9%
Notes from the Winemaker: Our “Granate” has a beautiful and intense pink color with elegant bubbles.
The aromas are intensely fruity with pronounced notes of pomegranate as well as scents of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries.
