1 tsp. creme de menthe
Sparkling wine or champagne
Pour creme de menth in to a flute and fill the glass with chilled brut sparkling wine or champagne.
Bellini
3 parts sparkling wine or champage
1 part peach schnapps
Combine sparkling wine or champagne and schnapps. Pour into a champagne flute.
Chandon 75*
1 oz. brandy
4 oz. Chandon Brut Classic or Blanc de Noirs
Orange peel
Mix in a flute or martini glass and serve.
Chandon Grand*
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 dash of orange bitters
4 1/2 oz. Chandon Brut Classic or Blanc de Noirs
Lemon or orange twist
Combine in a flute or martini glass, garnish with a twist and serve.
Chandon Fizz*
1 oz. bourbon
1/2 oz. orange juice
4 1/2 oz. Chandon Blanc de Noirs
Orange peel
Combine in martini glass and serve.
Kir Royal
7 parts champagne or sparkling wine
1 part creme de cassis
Fill glass 3/4 full with champagne or sparkling wine. Add a few drops of creme de casis and serve.
Monte Carlo Imperial
3/4 oz. gin
1/4 oz. white creme de menthe
1/4 - 3/4 oz. lemon juice
4 oz. champagne
Shake gin, creme de menthe and lemon juice well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne and serve.
